Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Services
We’re here to change childhoods and change lives, so that children, young people, and families are safer, happier, healthier, and more hopeful.
Our three-year strategy, beginning in April 2024, helps us to address the current challenges facing the children, young people, and families who need us most.
Our strategy has been co-created in partnership with our colleagues, volunteers, young people, and external partners.
You can read more about our strategy here.
We aim to improve the lives of children and their families whilst making them feel safer, happier, healthier and more hopeful – and to let them know they have somewhere they belong - through our services delivered from our centres. Families can access free, high-quality, and inclusive groups that promote early play, learning, and development. Each Centre will also offer other tailored groups to meet the needs of their community.
We run services across Peterborough and South Fenland from our designated Centres and community venues with the support of local partners to offer the best support for children, young people and families. We also offer virtual support, support over the phone, and out in the community to help meet families where they’re at.
We operate all year round except on bank holidays - please refer to each Centres’ opening hours for further information.
Our Centres are welcoming, safe, and secure spaces, open for every family to receive the support they need, when they need it.
We work in partnership with you and the community. We will help you find and get help from different services in the area and will be able to give you information, advice and support.
